Customer Service Specialist
Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Specialist at a leading company in the travel and tourism sector, renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting unparalleled travel experiences.
We are in search of a proactive and personable Customer Service Specialist capable of establishing a strong rapport with our clientele and crafting tailored offers. You will serve as a key point of contact for travel agencies, building strategic partnerships.
Your role will involve being the first line of contact for customer inquiries, providing assistance and guidance; creating customised offers that highlight our services and ensure maximum customer satisfaction; establishing and maintaining partnerships with travel agencies to broaden our market influence; and handling customer issues with empathy and efficiency, upholding the excellence of our service.
Requirements: experience in customer service, preferable within the travel of hospitality industry; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite; fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages being an added bonus.
